Orders placed on Friday evening or during weekends may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate at checkout. Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

The average delivery time is 7–12 business days within the United States, depending on location.

5. Customs & Duties
For customers in the United States, most orders will not incur additional charges.
However, depending on order value or local regulations, customs duties or import fees may apply.
Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Risk & Delivery Responsibility
Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address information or failure to collect, re-shipping or handling fees may apply.
7. Order Cancellation
Due to our automated fulfilment process, orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
After this time, orders enter processing and can no longer be cancelled. You may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
